Guthaben oder Gutscheine kaufen

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a credit code that you can use as a payment method when booking online. You can also give this code as a gift.

The credits have no expiry date.

Each credit can be refunded up to one year after purchase if something comes up and you know you won't be able to make it back. Therefore, you don't have to worry about not being able to redeem the credit.

In this case, the massages you booked with the voucher balance up to that point will be deducted from the price you paid when you bought the voucher. Refunds are only possible until one year after purchase and for the same person who purchased the voucher. See Terms and Conditions or FAQs for further information.
