Terms and conditions

1. Appointments and cancellations

Scheduled appointments are binding. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations made later or no-shows, I will charge the full price.

 

2. Massage credits / vouchers

Massage credits that you purchase from me do not have an expiry date.
If you decide within one year of purchase not to continue using the credit, I will buy it back upon request. In this case, the amount already redeemed (without any discount) will be deducted from the credit balance, and you will receive a refund of the remaining amount. After one year, the credit can no longer be refunded and the balance can only be redeemed by booking appointments.

 

3. Health and Responsibility

A massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please inform me before your massage about any acute or chronic health issues (e.g., cardiovascular disease, surgeries, pregnancy, injuries, cancer). I accept no liability for health consequences if relevant information is withheld.

If you show symptoms of a cold or illness at your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel the massage – to protect my own health and that of other clients.

 

4. Disclaimer

I work carefully and attentively. I accept no liability for accidents or damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients. You bring your personal belongings at your own risk.

 

5. Data protection

I treat your personal data confidentially. It will be used exclusively for appointment scheduling and practice organization and will not be passed on to third parties.

 

6. Prices and Payment

The prices listed on my website are the current ones. Payment can be made on-site in cash, via TWINT, or by credit card, unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Changes

I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. You can always find the current version on my website.
