Each session is designed so that the massage is a nice flow, reflecting your current mental and physical state. This may also include purely classical elements.

A Source® massage is perfect for anyone who wants to experience their body on a new level. It's suitable for both massage novices and those who have been receiving massages regularly for a long time. It doesn't necessarily have to treat the entire body; its goal is simply to perceive the body as a whole. Depending on the treatment goal or during pregnancy, the massage can also be beneficial while lying on your side.

I always tailor the massage to your needs. Certain topics require deeper work, and on other days it's better to simply experience wellness and feel safe and secure.

You do what you feel comfortable with. For a full-body massage with oil, I generally recommend undressing completely. Long, full-body strokes or kneading can include the gluteal muscles. If you feel comfortable with it, you can also remove your underwear for this massage, but it's not necessary. This allows the full effect of the continuous strokes or kneading to be felt. Your private area always remains covered and is not part of the massage. If you would like to keep your clothes on, I recommend a Thai massage or a foot reflexology massage.
